Uninstall NordicFTMS

Use this guide to remove NordicFTMS completely from the treadmill.

Before you start

Keep this page open on your phone while you work on the treadmill.
You will still need to enter privileged mode before uninstalling.
If you plan to reinstall afterward, you can head straight to the install guide once uninstall finishes.

Use this same privileged mode flow for first-time installation, updates, and uninstalling NordicFTMS.

Turn on the treadmill and let the tablet boot normally.
Wait until the treadmill screen is fully loaded.
Find a blank area somewhere in the upper-left corner with no button, icon, or image on top of it.
Tap that exact same spot 10 times.
Wait 7 seconds.
Tap the same spot 10 more times.
A popup should appear showing a six-digit number and asking you to enter a code.

Helpful note: If nothing happens, return to a screen with a blank spot near the upper-left corner and try again in a slightly different area.

Remove the currently installed NordicFTMS app from the treadmill before reinstalling or if you no longer need it.

Helpful note: If you are uninstalling so you can install the latest version, go straight to the install step after the uninstall completes.
